How do we create a seat selection event for a stadium that doesn’t exist yet?​
By instilling a sense of belonging from day one through a guided, interactive experience, leading dedicated fans through a pre, during and post event experience that is hard to forget. All dedicated to the fans who said yes before there was something to say yes to.​

Upon arrival, Founders see a “turf” carpet waiting for them, leading them to the beginning of their stadium experience.

As you walk down the turf carpet, you reach the hype tunnel. This is where the experience really takes flight.

HEAR IT. SEE IT. FEEL IT.
While guests wait for their turn with a representative to select their seat, they’re put in the “penalty box” - a sort of lobby or waiting area with fun, on theme seating.

Behind the seats, a historical and foundational timeline hangs, highlighting the evolution of the site, from racehorses to future soccer crowds.

This celebrates the legacy of community gathering and sport that has always defined the space.
